Turning Point Program exists to provide safe havens for families fleeing from violent and/or dangerous crimes. These include kidnapping, human trafficking, stalking with a history of extreme violence and threats on life, assaults, exploitation of children, and other crimes in which the family must seek refuge before, during, and after court proceedings.
Most of our participants are ACP (Address Confidentiality Program) qualified through the Department of Justice.
